Ray Vermey, the director of National Landscaping Ltd is a past president of the association and is still actively involved in the development of the organisation in the Wellington area.

Ray Vermey has a Bachelor of Agricultural Science degree from Massey University and has been involved in the landscaping and grounds maintenance industry since 1983.
